Making a Grip Has Never Been Easier.

Step 1
Buy a Grip
Pretty obvious, but we thought we’d clarify.
Simply place your order for a Custom Grip below. In the notes of your order, tell us a little about what you’re looking to create.
Once your order is confirmed, one of our associates will reach out to you directly.
Step 2
Mock Up
Our associates will review your order and requests and get to work. Once they have created a digital mock up, they’ll send it over to the email on file.
They’re pretty good, so the original mock up should be close to what you’re looking for.
Typical turnaround time for the first mock up is 1–2 business days. If there are any issues with the order or custom request, they’ll reach out to you ASAP.
Step 3
Build & Ship
Once our team has created the perfect mock up, they send it to our production team.
Our team digitizes the artwork and develops your grip. After quality inspections, your very own Custom Grip is shipped out to you.

Trademarks
We will not infringe on any intellectual property. As long as you have consent in writing upon request, we are happy to make your grip.
Design Space
Design space is approximately 2.5" x 4". Once applied to a handle, the visible design space is approximately 1.75" x 4".
Our design team will highlight any issues prior to creating your grip.
Returns / Refunds
Like with most custom products, there are no returns or refunds on custom ordered grips once production has been approved.

What if you can’t make the grip I want?
Very rarely this happens, but it does. If we cannot make the grip you want, we will issue a full refund and cancel your order. You will not be charged for time or services rendered.
What if you don’t offer the color I want?
It’s true — we have some beautiful “hidden” colors that aren’t listed everywhere. However, if we still don’t have the color you’re looking for, we will issue a full refund and cancel your order. You will not be charged for time or services rendered.
What if you don’t hear from me or I don’t respond to emails?
We know life happens. If we don’t hear from you within 5 business days of our last communication, we will issue a full refund and cancel your order. You will not be charged for time or services rendered.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders that are outside of elemental control.
