Secret Santa FAQs
Does the SANTA code give me a discount?
No. SANTA is a 0%-off activation code that identifies a qualifying full-price purchase for the Secret Santa Program. It cannot be combined with other discounts.
What products qualify?
Full-price BEST GRIPS. EVER.® products, including multipacks, qualify when purchased using SANTA and otherwise meeting the program terms.
Where do I find my gift reference?
Look for the Secret Santa label inside the gift packaging. It includes the original Shopify order number. If you cannot find it, contact us; we'll try to help without disclosing the purchaser's private information.
What if several gifts were purchased in one order?
Multiple gifts may share one order number. Tell us which product and quantity you want to return. Each eligible unit can be redeemed once. A multipack is treated as one purchased bundle.
How does the gift card process work?
Submit the form above. After eligibility is verified, we'll email return instructions and a prepaid standard return label. Once we receive, inspect, and approve the returned gift, we'll email a BGE gift card and a single-use free-shipping code.
How much will my gift card be worth?
The original eligible merchandise purchase price of the returned product or bundle, excluding original shipping and taxes unless applicable law requires otherwise. The amount is confirmed during our review.
Can I use my gift card toward any product?
Yes. Use your gift card toward products available on our online store. If your purchase exceeds its balance, pay the difference. Any unused balance remains available for later purchases, subject to applicable terms and law.
Can I give my gift card to someone else?
Yes. You can share the gift card code. Anyone who has a valid code can use its available balance, so please keep it secure.
Who pays for shipping?
We cover approved standard return shipping in Canada and the United States. Following approval, we'll provide a single-use code for complimentary standard shipping on one eligible order in Canada or the United States. The shipping code is separate from the gift card.
When is the deadline?
Submit your Secret Santa gift-card request by January 31, 2027. Please wait for our return instructions before mailing anything.
Will the person who bought my gift be notified?
We don't share the purchaser's personal information with the gift recipient. We'll communicate with you about the return, subject to any necessary transaction or legal notices.
The fine print
Program Terms & Conditions
- Territory: Available for eligible purchases and returns within Canada and the United States only.
- Activation: The purchaser must enter SANTA at checkout. This 0%-discount code does not reduce the purchase price.
- Eligible purchases: Full-price BEST GRIPS. EVER.® products, including multipacks. Orders receiving another promotional discount are not eligible.
- Deadline: Gift recipients must submit their request no later than January 31, 2027.
- Gift reference: The original Shopify order number identifies a purchase but does not by itself establish eligibility or ownership. BGE reviews every request.
- Redemption: One approved gift-card redemption per eligible returned item or purchased bundle. A multipack is treated as one purchased bundle unless BGE approves otherwise.
- Return-first process: BGE must authorize the return, then receive, inspect, and approve the product before issuing a gift card or shipping code. Do not send items without instructions.
- Gift card value: The original eligible merchandise purchase price of the returned product or bundle, excluding original shipping charges and taxes except where otherwise required by law. A higher-priced replacement may require additional payment.
- Gift card use: Gift cards may be applied toward purchases on the BEST GRIPS. EVER.® online store. Unused balances remain available for later purchases; codes may be shared. Applicable gift-card laws and Shopify gift-card terms apply.
- Shipping: BGE covers approved prepaid standard return shipping within Canada and the United States. Following an approved return, the recipient also receives a single-use free-shipping discount code for one eligible order with standard delivery within Canada or the United States. Expedited or special services are excluded unless expressly approved.
- Privacy: We do not disclose the original purchaser's personal information to gift recipients.
- Other rights: This holiday program is additional to, and does not limit, rights under applicable consumer-protection laws or BGE's standard policies.
