Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, estimated delivery timelines, customs responsibilities, and how we handle shipping-related issues for orders placed with BEST GRIPS. EVER.®.

Shipping Times

Orders are currently shipping with extended processing times of up to 10 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Estimated delivery time for Canada and the United States is typically 6–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier.

Estimated delivery time for European Union orders is typically 5–30 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier handling.

Shipping timelines may be extended during peak periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas holiday season.

All orders ship with a tracking number, and you may receive free tracking updates by signing up for notifications through the carrier.

Domestic vs. International Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Canada & United States)

Orders shipping within Canada and the United States generally arrive within the stated 6–10 business day timeframe after processing.

Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery timelines.

European Union Shipping

Orders shipping to the European Union generally arrive within approximately 5–30 business days after processing.

EU delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, VAT collection, import procedures, local postal service handling, and carrier delays.

Other International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of Canada, the United States, and the European Union may require additional transit time due to customs processing and local carrier handling.

  • Import tax, VAT, or duty collection requirements

Customs, Duties, VAT & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, carrier, or customs authority.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

BEST GRIPS. EVER.® has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

European Union Customers

For orders shipping to the European Union, import VAT, duties, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be collected before or upon delivery.

EU import rules may vary depending on the value of the order, destination country, product classification, and carrier processing method.

Orders valued over €150 may be subject to additional import duties and VAT at the border. Orders under this amount may still be subject to VAT and carrier or customs handling fees, depending on how the shipment is processed.

Failure to pay required customs, VAT, duty, or carrier fees may result in delayed delivery, returned packages, or disposal by the carrier or customs authority. In such cases, the order may not be eligible for refund.

EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy, our Terms of Service, or any other store policy is intended to limit or remove any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to consumers in the European Union or their local jurisdiction.

Where applicable law provides additional consumer protections, those rights remain unaffected.

Shipping Upgrades

Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout.

If you need to upgrade or downgrade your shipping method after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bestgripsever.com.

Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, shipping selections can no longer be changed.

Address Changes

Address changes may be requested before a shipping confirmation is issued.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Carrier details will be included in your shipping confirmation so you may contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Issues

BEST GRIPS. EVER.® is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing
  • Lost, held, returned, refused, or redirected shipments
  • Incorrect delivery due to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
  • Delivery tariffs, duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or additional carrier-imposed fees

If your order has not arrived, please contact the carrier listed in your shipping confirmation first, as they will have the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information.

Missing or Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, or is deemed lost by the carrier, a refund or replacement may be issued only after a completed affidavit of non-receipt is signed by the recipient and returned to BEST GRIPS. EVER.® by email.

We will guide you through this process and do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
