This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, estimated delivery timelines, and how we handle shipping-related issues for orders placed with BEST GRIPS. EVER.®.
Shipping Times
Orders are currently shipping with extended processing times of up to 10 business days. Thank you for your patience.
Estimated delivery time is typically 6–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier.
Shipping timelines may be extended during peak periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas holiday season.
All orders ship with a tracking number, and you may receive free tracking updates by signing up for notifications through the carrier.
Domestic vs. International Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Canada & United States)
Orders shipping within Canada and the United States generally arrive within the stated 6–10 business day timeframe after processing.
Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery timelines.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States may require additional transit time due to customs processing and local carrier handling.
International delivery timelines may vary significantly depending on:
- The destination country
- The local postal service or courier
- Customs clearance procedures
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed for international shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
BEST GRIPS. EVER.® has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay required customs fees may result in delayed delivery, returned packages, or disposal by the carrier. In such cases, the order is not eligible for refund.
Shipping Upgrades
Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout.
If you need to upgrade or downgrade your shipping method after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bestgripsever.com.
Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, shipping selections can no longer be changed.
Address Changes
Address changes may be requested before a shipping confirmation is issued.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Carrier details will be included in your shipping confirmation so you may contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Issues
BEST GRIPS. EVER.® is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing
- Lost, held, or redirected shipments
- Incorrect delivery due to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
- Delivery tariffs, duties, taxes, or additional carrier-imposed fees
If your order has not arrived, please contact the carrier listed in your shipping confirmation first, as they will have the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information.
Missing or Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, or is deemed lost by the carrier, a refund or replacement may be issued only after a completed affidavit of non-receipt is signed by the recipient and returned to BEST GRIPS. EVER.® by email.
We will guide you through this process and do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
