A simple three-step process from order to delivery.
Order Your Swag
Start by placing your order for your custom corporate swag grips.
In the order notes, tell us what you want to create and share any ideas you already have for colors, logo use, messaging, or campaign goals.
Need multiple logo versions, departments, or campaign variations? No problem. We’ll confirm options, quantities, and details with you directly.
Once your order is submitted, our team will review everything and reach out if any adjustments are needed before production begins.
Order Corporate Swag
Design & Mockup
Once we review your order, our team gets to work on your custom design.
Your digital mockup will be sent to the email on file for review and approval.
Our first concepts are usually very close to your vision and may include thoughtful suggestions to improve readability, logo placement, or overall presentation.
First mockups are typically ready within 1–2 business days. If we need clarification, we’ll reach out right away.
Build & Ship
Once your design is approved, we move your order into production.
Production turnaround is approximately 10 business days, although timelines may be shorter depending on the size and complexity of the order.
All approved orders are scheduled to ship within 10 business days.

Well, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Trademarks
We respect all intellectual property rights. Please make sure you have written authorization to use any logos, artwork, or branded designs you provide.
Design Space
The total design area is approximately 2.5" x 4". When applied to a handle, the visible design area is approximately 1.75" x 4".
Artwork Review
Our design team reviews all artwork before production and will flag any concerns or limitations before your order moves forward.
A Few More FAQs
What if you can’t make the design I want?
If we can’t proceed, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
What if you don’t offer the color I want?
We offer additional hidden colors in some cases, so just ask. If we can’t match your needs, your order will be refunded.
What if I don’t reply to the mockup email?
If we don’t hear back within 5 business days, your order may be cancelled and refunded so production is not delayed indefinitely.
Anything else I should know?
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control.
