Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required, such as your order number or receipt
- All returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted
Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@bestgripsever.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- Where the item was purchased, such as our website, Amazon, Faire, or another marketplace
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated by a BEST GRIPS. EVER.® representative
- Original shipping charges and any paid shipping upgrades are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bestgripsever.com so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
If the problem was caused by our error, we will make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds may be issued as:
- Store credit, or
- A refund to the original payment method, at our discretion
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@bestgripsever.com.
Sale Items & Final Sale
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For all other exchanges, the fastest option is to:
- Return the original item, if eligible
- Place a new order once the return is approved
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved return will be issued as store credit
- If the gift order was first shipped to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To qualify, returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
