Overview
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data associated with our app, and how to remove our app from your Facebook or Instagram account.
If You Did Not Create an Account
If you did not create an account with us, we do not store personal data outside of Meta platforms. To remove our app’s access, you can do so directly within your Meta account settings:
- Facebook (desktop): Settings → Apps and Websites
- Instagram (mobile): Profile → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
Removing our app through Meta will revoke any permissions granted to us going forward.
If You Created an Account or We Store Data
If you created an account with us or we store data outside of Meta systems, you may request deletion of your data by:

Using our deletion page endpoint:
https://www.bestgripsever.com/pages/user-data-deletion - Emailing us at info@bestgripsever.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including your Facebook or Instagram user ID or profile link.
Once your request is verified, we will process deletion and provide confirmation along with a reference ID.
What We Delete
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize any personal data associated with your account that is stored on our systems. This may include:
Backup systems are securely maintained and automatically overwritten within 30 days.
