Welcome to the BEST GRIPS. EVER.® Rewards Program (“BGE Rewards”, “Rewards Program”, “Program”). By creating an account, earning points, redeeming rewards, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BEST GRIPS. EVER.® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable laws.

1. Eligibility

The BGE Rewards Program is available to customers who create a registered customer account on our website. Participants must provide accurate account information and may only maintain one rewards account per person.

We reserve the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate, suspicious, or fraudulent accounts.

2. Earning Grip Points

Members earn 0.5 Grip Points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts, coupon codes, refunds, and store credits. Taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, and certain promotional purchases may not qualify for points.

3. Bonus Point Opportunities

From time to time, customers may be able to earn bonus Grip Points through promotional activities such as:

  • Creating a customer account
  • Leaving a product review
  • Following BEST GRIPS. EVER.® on social media
  • Referring a friend
  • Birthday rewards
  • Limited-time promotions

Bonus point offers may change, expire, or be discontinued at any time.

4. Redeeming Grip Points

Grip Points may be redeemed for discounts on qualifying purchases as follows:

100 Points $10 Off
150 Points $15 Off

Rewards have no cash value and may only be used toward eligible purchases on our website. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or combined across multiple customer accounts.

5. Reward Use

Reward discounts may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or promotional limitations. Unless otherwise stated, only one reward code or discount may be used per order.

Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, or other excluded charges.

6. Pending Points

Points may remain pending for up to 14–30 days after purchase to allow for order processing, payment verification, fraud review, returns, cancellations, or other adjustments.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If an order is returned, refunded, cancelled, or charged back, any Grip Points earned from that order may be removed from the customer’s account.

If a reward was used on an order that is later refunded, the reward value may be deducted from the refund amount or adjusted from the customer’s rewards balance.

8. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are intended for genuine referrals to new customers. Referral rewards may only apply to qualifying first-time purchases made by new customers.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, referral abuse, or attempts to manipulate the Program may result in removal of points, cancellation of rewards, account suspension, or termination from the Program.

9. Points Expiration

Grip Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity means no qualifying purchases, redemptions, or rewards activity during that period.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

10. Non-Transferability

Grip Points and rewards are personal to the account holder. They cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, assigned, exchanged for cash, or combined with another customer’s account.

11. Fraud, Abuse & Program Misuse

BEST GRIPS. EVER.® reserves the right to revoke points, cancel rewards, suspend accounts, or terminate Program participation if we believe a customer has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or manipulative activity.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Submitting fake reviews
  • Abusing referrals
  • Placing fraudulent orders
  • Initiating chargeback abuse
  • Attempting to resell, transfer, or manipulate rewards

12. Changes to the Program

BEST GRIPS. EVER.® may modify, pause, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time. This includes changing earning rates, redemption values, eligible activities, expiration rules, reward availability, or Program features.

Any changes will become effective when posted on our website or otherwise communicated to customers.

13. Program Availability

We do our best to keep the Rewards Program available and accurate, but we are not responsible for technical issues, delayed point updates, website outages, system errors, or unauthorized account access.

14. Privacy

Participation in the Rewards Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Information collected through the Program may be used to administer rewards, communicate promotions, improve customer experience, and help prevent fraud.
